    Product Description

    1. Top entry cast steel trunnion ball valve is a dedicated shutoff valve for pipeline service. It adopts

    integrally cast one piece body and top removable bonnet structure.

    2. It is unnecessary to remove the whole valve from pipeline for maintenance. Only by disassembling the

    top bonnet bolts can the ball, seats and sealing assemblies be serviced online.

    3. Both ends of valve body remain connected to pipeline. No pipeline cutting or valve removal from line is

    required. It greatly reduces production loss of pipeline, shortens maintenance downtime and lowers

    external leakage risk. It is the preferred valve for hardtoaccess applications such as longdistance

    transmission pipelines and buried pipe networks.

    4. The product meets demanding service requirements of oil and gas, petrochemical, power, LNG and coal

    chemical industries. It complies with API 6D, ASME B16.34 and GB/T 19672. Custom configurations for

    low temperature, high temperature, NACE sulphide resistance and low emission leakage are available.
