Product Description
1. Cage guided single seat control valve adopts top guided unbalanced structure with high strength and heavy load characteristics.
2. The valve body features S streamlined flow path with low pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristic.
3. The cage adopts direct compression seat design, which reduces plug vibration caused by eddy current and impact from flowing medium. It solves the problems of difficult disassembly and large leakage of traditional screw in seat, and extends service life of product.
4. Flow open structure design, medium flow direction is consistent with valve opening direction. It delivers good controllability under small flow at low opening with little distortion of flow characteristic.
5. Special cages for noise reduction and anti cavitation can be selected according to working condition requirements.
6. It is suitable for working conditions with low pressure differential, provides tight shut off, realizes pressure and temperature control for various fluid media, and is compatible with various pneumatic and electric actuators.
7. The product design complies with requirements of IEC 60534, ANSI/ISA-75 series and ASME B16.34 standards.
8. Various materials for body, bonnet and complete set of valve trim are optional upon request.
9. It is widely used for precise control of process parameters of gas, liquid and other media to maintain pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level at set values.

5. Leakage Class:Class V for standard metal seat, Class Ⅵ for shut off soft seat
6. Stem Feature:Treated by quenching and tempering plus surface nitriding, with excellent corrosion resistance and anti galling performance.
7. For high temperature and high pressure service, self energizing bonnet cavity seal structure is optional. Bonnet sealing performance improves as pressure rises to guarantee tight seal.
8. Material Combination Feature:Component materials, flange standard, flange face type and Butt Welded end dimensions can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements.
