    Product Description

    1. The axial flow control valve is a high-performance regulating valve designed for working conditions with high pressure differential, high flow velocity and large flow capacity.

    2. Its unique axial flow channel enables fluid to flow smoothly and axially directly from the valve inlet to the outlet without sharp deflection. Its flow resistance coefficient is only 1/3 to 1/2 of that of conventional control valves, which reduces energy loss and increases flow capacity by approximately 20% to 50%.

    3. The streamlined valve body adopts an integrated cylindrical or conical shape, which eliminates stagnant flow zones and reduces eddy currents and vibration. It features sturdy construction and minimal maintenance requirements.

    4. It is widely used for flow regulation and control of natural gas, crude oil, refined oil products, as well as other non-corrosive gases and liquids.

    1. Anti cavitation structure adopts multi hole, slotted or combined flow passage to dissipate energy and control flow velocity, suitable for liquid service with high differential pressure.

    2. Noise reduction sleeve is designed with honeycomb or labyrinth internal structure to reduce fluid noise via sound wave interference principle, applicable for gas or steam regulation up to 280.

    3. Self cleaning flow passage design prevents particle deposition, and flush holes can be added to avoid medium blockage.

    4. Fast response balanced plug structure reduces actuator load. It features quick movement and short lag time, and tight shut off can be achieved with smaller actuator.

    5. The valve body adopts straight through streamlined internal flow passage with low pressure loss and higher flow coefficient Cv, delivering remarkable energy saving effect.

    6. Leakage Class: Standard metal seat Class V, tight shut off soft seat Class VI

    7. Sensitive operation, high positioning accuracy, fast response, robust and compact structure, long service life and small installation space requirement.
