1. Top entry eccentric half ball valve adopts double eccentric structure design, with integrally cast one piece body and top removable bonnet structure. There is a geometric offset between the rotation center of ball and seat sealing surface. The ball separates from seat at the moment of valve opening without friction and scraping, so as to extend service life of the valve.
2. Internal components can be repaired and replaced on line without removing the valve from pipeline. It greatly reduces pipeline production loss, shortens maintenance downtime and cuts maintenance cost.
3. The seat sealing pair adopts metal hard seal or special alloy overlay welding process. Combined with wedging effect generated by eccentric rotation, bidirectional zero leakage sealing is realized. Medium flows around sealing parts during operation and carries away impurities and particles on sealing surface. It is especially suitable for severe working conditions with solid particles, fibres or slurry to avoid jamming.
4. Materials for body, ball and seat can be customized according to working conditions. It is widely compatible with sewage, pulp, mine slurry, coal powder, steam, oil products and various corrosive chemical media.
5. It is commonly applied in industrial pipeline systems of power plant ash removal, mineral processing, waste water treatment, petrochemical and paper making industries, where high requirements are placed on wear resistance, anti jamming performance and tight shut off.

2. Unidirectional eccentric seal compensation function. When seat wear occurs, it can automatically compensate sealing clearance caused by medium pressure and temperature deformation. Tight sealing can be regained by fine tuning closing angle to avoid whole valve scrap.
3. The eccentric structure enables complete separation between plug and seat during opening and closing cycle without contact friction. It reduces wear compared with conventional valves and delivers longer service life.
4. At the moment plug separates from seat, medium flushes around sealing surface and automatically carries away impurities, sediment and deposited contaminants to prevent blockage and jamming.
5. The plug instantaneously separates from seat sealing surface with zero friction resistance in full cycle. It achieves light and smooth operation with low actuation load.
6. Spherical seal receives hard alloy strengthening treatment for good erosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for severe service conditions with impurities.
7. The flow path is unobstructed without dead zone or material accumulation. No medium retention occurs and pressure relief is not required to eliminate deposit blockage.
