    Product Description

    1. Top entry orbit ball valve is a high performance positive shut off valve for pipeline service. It adopts integrally forged or cast one piece body and top removable bonnet structure. Relying on stem orbit cam mechanism, it realizes unique operation logic that the ball lifts off seat firstly, then rotates, and achieves mechanical wedging sealing upon valve closing.

    2. It is not required to remove the whole valve from pipeline for maintenance. Only disassemble top bonnet bolts, then the ball, seats and complete sealing assemblies can be serviced on line, without disconnection of both pipeline ends.

    3. Both ends of valve body keep connected with pipeline. No pipeline cutting or valve removal from line is needed. It greatly reduces pipeline production loss, shortens maintenance downtime and lowers external leakage risk. Zero friction and wear occur on sealing surfaces during full opening and closing cycle. It is suitable for harsh wear prone and hard to access service conditions such as medium containing impurities, high pressure differential, frequent operation and buried long distance transmission pipelines.

    4. The product satisfies severe service requirements of oil and gas, LNG, coal chemical industry, hydrogenation unit, petrochemical, power and other industries. It complies with API 6D, ASME B16.34 and GB/T 19672. Custom options including low temperature, high temperature, NACE sulphide resistance, low fugitive emission and hard alloy overlay welding for wear resistance are available.
