Product Description
1. 1000WOG 2PC Cast Steel Soft Seal Ball Valve adopts two piece split construction. The valve body consists of left and right sections connected by threads, delivering high structural strength and reliable sealing for high pressure applications.
2. The valve body is made of premium cast steel, processed by heat treatment and precision machining to achieve excellent mechanical properties.
3. The ball is manufactured by forging process with surface hardening and precision grinding. Paired with soft seats such as PTFE/RPTFE, it provides dependable bidirectional soft sealing.
4. The stem is of bottom loaded design, featuring low operating torque for easy opening and closing.
5. The product is designed in compliance with ASME B16.34 standard. It is widely used as a shut off device on pipelines for fresh water, sewage, gas, steam, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum, acid, alkali and salt media to realize flow cut off and isolation.
