    Product Description

    1. Fully welded heating ball valve is mainly applied in central heating, city gas and industrial thermal system scenarios.

    2. The valve body is integrally welded by automatic submerged arc welding process. Without flange joint points and external leakage points, it thoroughly eliminates hidden troubles of water seepage and loosening caused by seasonal thermal expansion and contraction of heating pipelines, and adapts to long term continuous operation conditions of heating systems.

    3. Advanced welding technology is adopted. Residual stress is effectively reduced after heat treatment for good resistance to thermal cyclic fatigue, suitable for service environment with frequent start stop and large temperature difference in heating systems.

    4. The ball is positioned by upper and lower pivots for light operation and extended service life.

    5. The seat seal adopts composite structure of metal and rubber with Double Block and Bleed function.

    6. Complete range of sizes and models with engineering customization available. It is suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil products, circulating heating hot water and low pressure heating steam.

    7. It is widely used in city gas, large scale heating pipe networks, heat exchangers, steel plants and various industrial thermal pipeline scenarios.

    1. Body and bonnet adopt fully welded connection for high temperature resistance and deformation resistance. Bolt free connection minimizes leakage risk.

    2. The ball is positioned by upper and lower supporting points. The stem only transmits torque without bearing medium thrust, which reduces operating torque and extends service life.

    3. The seat seal adopts composite sealing structure of metal and rubber with low friction resistance and reliable sealing performance.

    4. The seat is designed with Double Block and Bleed function. The cavity drain valve can discharge cavity medium at both open and closed positions of the valve.

    5. Stem seal adopts dual sealing of O ring and packing to guarantee zero leakage at stem. Anti blowout safety structure is equipped to prevent stem ejection caused by medium pressure during misoperation.

    6. The valve is provided with fire safe and anti static structure complying with API 607, API 6FA standards. On line grease replenishment maintenance is available when leakage occurs. Each grease injection port is fitted with grease injection valve and non return check valve.

    7. The valve can be adapted to various actuation devices including Manual, Worm gear, Electric and Hydraulic actuators.

    8. For butt welded end valves, body material can be adjusted upon request to match pipeline material for guaranteed welding performance. Extended sleeve prevents sealing components from damage during welding work.

    9. Extended stem structure allows direct buried installation. Functions such as drain, grease injection and vent can be operated from ground level.
