1. Fully welded pipeline trunnion mounted ball valve is forged from high‑quality materials and adopts side entry ball structure.
2. There are two types of fully welded body including cylindrical and spherical structure. The cylindrical fully welded body is the core featured structure of our brand.
3. Advanced welding process is adopted. After heat treatment of welded joints, residual stress is effectively reduced and high toughness of valve body is guaranteed.
4. The product range includes fully welded trunnion mounted and floating ball valves, which can meet customized requirements of various nominal sizes and pressure classes.
5. For special working conditions, buried fully welded ball valve is available. Extended stem can be customized as required to satisfy diverse service conditions.
6. It is compatible with various media such as natural gas, oil and gas, steam and process water. It is widely applied in pipeline systems for long‑distance oil and gas transmission, city gas, chemical industry and heating. It realizes tight shut off of medium and ensures stable operation of pipe network.

1. The valve is manufactured with high quality materials. Full welded connection is adopted at key positions to minimize leakage risk.
2. Optional seat types:Double Block and Bleed (DBB), Double Isolation and Bleed Type 1 (DIB‑1), Double Isolation and Bleed Type 2 (DIB‑2).
3. Three sealing structures are available between seat and ball:standard soft seal, triangular ring seal and metal hard seal.
4. Anti blowout safety structure is built in stem to prevent stem ejection caused by medium pressure during misoperation.
5. The valve is equipped with standard fire safe and anti static structure to improve safety under flammable and explosive working conditions.
6. Emergency grease injection ports are reserved for both seat seal and stem seal. On line grease replenishment maintenance can be carried out when leakage occurs. Each grease injection port is fitted with grease injection valve and non return check valve.
7. The body is provided with drain port and vent port. The bottom drain valve is used for cavity residual medium discharge and pressure relief. The top vent valve is used for cavity purging and cleaning.
8. The valve can be adapted to various actuation devices including Manual, Worm gear, Electric and Hydraulic actuators.
9. For butt welded end valves, body material can be adjusted upon request to match pipeline material for guaranteed welding performance. Extended sleeve prevents sealing components from damage during welding work.
10. Valves dedicated for buried service are fitted with extended stem for ground level operation. Grease injection, drain and vent components can all be operated from ground. Stem height can be customized.
