    Product Description

    1. Wedge gate valve realizes full open flow and full close shut off of pipeline medium through gate slab lifting movement. It shall not be used for medium regulation or throttling.

    2. The flow passage is straight under fully open condition with low fluid resistance. When gate slab lifts up, sealing surfaces stay away from main stream medium to reduce erosion and corrosion.

    3. Flexible wedge gate delivers reliable sealing performance. Bidirectional medium flow is allowed without flow direction limitation. No turbulent flow occurs during circulation with low pressure loss.

    4. The product is designed in compliance with API 600, API 603, API 6D, ASME B16.34 standards.

    5. Various materials for body and bonnet as well as complete set of valve trim are available upon request.

    6. The valve is widely applied as shut off device for pipelines carrying water, air, steam, natural gas, oil and other media to realize medium cut off and isolation.

    Features & Benefits

    1. Product Design: Full bore flow passage, outside screw and yoke with bracket and bolted bonnet.

    2. Gate Feature: Guided flexible wedge gate. Rigid wedge or split wedge gate are optional with replaceable seat ring.

    3. Sealing Performance: Equipped with flexible wedge gate. Sealing face is hard faced with cobalt base hard alloy for good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti galling property. It provides reliable sealing performance and long service life.

    4. Stem Safety Structure: Forged T head stem is fitted with back seat structure for reliable sealing. It eliminates risks of stem ejection and over travel and maintains safe performance under fire condition.

    5. Stem Feature: Treated by quenching and tempering plus surface nitriding process for excellent corrosion resistance and anti galling property.

    6. Operation Feature: Rising stem with non rising handwheel. Rolling bearings are equipped for medium and large size to achieve easy opening and closing.

    7. For nominal pressure Class 900 and above, pressure self sealing bonnet structure is adopted for valve cavity. Bonnet sealing performance improves along with pressure rise to guarantee reliable tightness.

    8. Material Combination Feature: Component material, flange standard, flange face type and butt weld end dimension can be reasonably selected according to actual working condition or user requirements.
