Product Description
1. 1000WOG 3-piece high platform cast steel soft seal ball valve adopts 3-piece body and ISO standard high platform structure. The valve body consists of left, middle and right sections connected by long bolts. It features high structural strength and reliable sealing for high pressure applications.
2. The valve body is made of premium cast steel, processed by heat treatment and precision machining to deliver good mechanical properties.
3. The high platform body adopts ISO 5211 standard direct mounting design. It can be directly fitted with pneumatic, electric or worm gear actuators for remote automatic control.
4. The ball is forged, surface hardened and precision ground. Combined with soft seats such as PTFE/RPTFE, it achieves reliable bidirectional soft sealing.
5. The stem is bottom loaded with low operating torque for easy opening and closing.
6. Designed in accordance with ASME B16.34 standard, this valve is widely used as shut-off device in pipelines carrying fresh water, waste water, gas, steam, food, pharmaceutical products, chemicals, oil, acid, alkali and salt media to realize fluid on-off and isolation.
