Product Description
1. 2000WOG 3-piece high platform cast steel soft seal ball valve adopts 3-piece body and ISO standard high platform structure. The valve body consists of left, middle and right sections connected by long bolts, featuring high structural strength and reliable sealing for higher pressure applications.
2. The valve body is made of high quality cast steel, processed by heat treatment and precision machining to deliver good mechanical properties.
3. The valve body high platform follows ISO 5211 standard direct mounting design, which can be fitted directly with pneumatic, electric or worm gear actuators for remote automatic control.
4. The ball is manufactured by forging process with surface hardening and precision grinding. It is matched with soft seats such as PTFE or RPTFE to achieve reliable bidirectional soft sealing.
5. The stem is of bottom entry design with low operating torque for easy opening and closing.
6. The product is designed in accordance with ASME B16.34 standard. It is widely used as shut-off equipment on pipelines for fresh water, waste water, gas, steam, food, pharmaceutical products, chemicals, petroleum, acids, alkalis and salts to realize media cut-off and isolation.
