    Product Description

    1. Low temperature top entry cast steel trunnion mounted ball valve is specially developed for cryogenic service. It adopts integrally cast one‑piece body and top removable extended bonnet structure with split assembly and cast machined body. It prevents cryogenic liquid from reaching stem packing. Energy is dissipated in extension section to protect valve from failure.

    2. The ball is fixed by upper and lower trunnions, which prevents lateral displacement of ball under pipeline medium pressure and avoids seat damage, so as to greatly improve sealing performance.

    3. It is not necessary to remove the whole valve from pipeline for maintenance. Only the top bonnet bolts need to be disassembled, then the ball, seat and sealing assemblies can be serviced on line.

    4. Both ends of valve body remain connected with pipeline all the time. There is no need to cut pipeline or take the valve off‑line. It can greatly reduce pipeline shutdown loss, shorten maintenance downtime and lower risk of external leakage. It is the preferred valve for hard‑to‑access service conditions such as long‑distance transmission pipelines and buried pipe networks.

    5. The product design meets requirements of API 608, API 6D of American Petroleum Institute and BS 6364 of British Standard. It is fully compliant with ASME B16.34 issued by American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

    6. It is widely used as shut off device for medium pipelines of ethylene, liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen and other low temperature energy media to realize medium cut off and isolation.

    2. Ultra low temperature sealing systemAdopts special cryogenic reinforced BTL combined sealing seat structural design, suitable for ultra low temperature working condition down to 196. It features stable sealing resilience and resistance to temperature cycling, zero leakage during long term operation, low friction resistance in opening and closing and light operating torque.

    3. Stem safety structureBottom mounted anti blowout stem design achieves structural self locking to eliminate risk of stem ejection. It thoroughly avoids stem drop under high pressure and low temperature conditions, and maintains sealing integrity even under fire conditions.

    4. Fire safe and anti static safetyEquipped with fire safe and anti static structure, applicable for soft seal valves.

    5. Visual status indication by handleThe stem adopts flat head positioning structure. Handle marks correspond one to one with valve open close status. Operators can judge valve on off status intuitively and accurately to avoid operation deviation.

    6. Dual position locking designDedicated locking holes are arranged at full open and full close limit positions of the valve. Padlock device can be fitted to effectively prevent unauthorized operation and manual misoperation and ensure stable operation of pipeline system.
