Product Description
1. The jacketed ball valve is fitted with an integral metal jacket structure on the basis of a conventional ball valve.
2. Steam or hot water is injected through the jacket ports to maintain a continuous constant temperature for the internal medium of the valve, which effectively prevents crystallization and blockage. It is specially designed for the delivery of easily solidified and high-viscosity media.
3. The jacketed ball valve inherits the superior characteristics of standard ball valves with rapid opening and closing and low flow resistance. The full-bore flow passage ensures smooth medium flow and effectively reduces pipeline heat loss.
4. It is widely used in pipeline systems for medium delivery and cut-off in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and rubber & plastic industries, applicable to easily solidified and high-viscosity media such as heavy oil, asphalt, paraffin, syrup, colloids and polymer resins.
Features & Benefits
1. The full-coverage integral jacket insulation structure provides stable insulation effect and eliminates crystallization, solidification and blockage of medium inside the valve body.
2. The jacket interface can be connected with various heat source media, adapting to a variety of thermal insulation working conditions with strong versatility.
3. The insulation cavity features high strength and excellent pressure bearing performance, ensuring safe and reliable operation and long service life.
4. The high-precision spherical sealing valve seat delivers excellent sealing performance with low friction resistance and low operating torque during opening and closing.
5. The bottom-mounted valve stem design eliminates the risk of valve stem ejection.
6. The valve cavity has no dead zone. The full-bore flow passage is consistent with the pipe diameter to ensure smooth medium flow and effectively prevent accumulation and blockage of viscous materials.
7. Accurate handle indication: The flat-head valve stem structure enables the handle position to accurately correspond to the open and closed state of the valve.
8. Locking mechanism: Lock holes are set at both fully open and fully closed positions to prevent misoperation.
