Product Description
1. Side mounted forged steel trunnion ball valve is a 90 degree rotary valve. The ball is secured by upper and lower trunnions to prevent lateral displacement under pipeline medium pressure, avoid seat damage and greatly improve sealing performance.
2. The seat adopts spring preloaded structure to achieve tight contact with the ball for sealing. The structural design features low operating torque and stable sealing performance, which can significantly extend valve service life.
3. Multiple body materials are available for customisation, suitable for water, steam, oil products, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, oxidizing agents, urea and other process media.
4. It has a wide range of applications and is commonly used in various industrial working conditions requiring tight shut off of pipeline medium flow.
Features & Benefits
1. The body is manufactured from premium materials and equipped with ball pressure test port. The middle body flange and valve neck adopt bolted connection structure.
2. The seats feature upstream and downstream dual single piston effect and deliver Double Block and Bleed (DBB) function.
3. Three sealing structures are available between seat and ball：standard soft seal, triangular ring seal, metal hard seal.
4. The stem incorporates anti blowout safety structure to prevent stem ejection by medium pressure upon misoperation.
5. Fire safe and anti static structures are supplied as standard for the valve.
6. Emergency grease injection ports are reserved for seat seal and stem seal. On‑line re‑greasing maintenance can be carried out in case of leakage. Each grease injection port is fitted with grease injection valve and check valve.
7. The valve body is equipped with drain port and vent port. The bottom drain valve is for cavity residual discharge and pressure relief. The top vent valve is used for cavity purging and cleaning.
8. The valve can match various actuators including manual, electric and hydraulic actuators.
9. For Butt Welded end valves, body material can be adjusted upon request to match pipeline material and ensure welding performance. Extended sleeves prevent seal components from damage during welding work.
10. Valves dedicated to buried service are fitted with extended stem for ground level operation. Grease injection, drain and vent components are all operable from ground, stem height can be customised.
