    Product Description

    1. Lift check valve realizes automatic opening and reverse flow blocking of pipeline medium by vertical lifting of disc along central guide of bonnet under medium pressure. It only allows unidirectional medium flow to prevent backflow.

    2. When medium flows forward, the disc lifts smoothly under fluid thrust for unobstructed flow passage. Upon flow stop or reverse flow, the disc drops rapidly under combined effect of self weight and reverse medium pressure, and closely fits with seat sealing face to effectively block medium backflow.

    3. Guide sleeve structure is arranged on disc and bonnet to ensure accurate, flexible and reliable lifting movement of disc. Hard alloy or soft sealing structure can be adopted for sealing face according to working conditions, featuring high sealing precision and strong differential pressure resistance.

    4. The product is designed in compliance with API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 1868 standards.

    5. Various materials for body and bonnet as well as complete set of valve trim are available upon request.

    6. The valve is widely applied in horizontal pipeline systems for water, air, steam, natural gas and oil. It is commonly installed at pump outlets and boiler feed water pipelines to prevent medium backflow and protect safety of upstream equipment.

    1. Product Design:Streamlined flow passage, bolted bonnet.

    2. Disc Feature:The disc moves freely up and down inside bonnet guide sleeve with stable operation without offset. When flow stops or reverse flow occurs, the disc drops rapidly under gravity and reverse medium pressure, closely contacts the seat and automatically blocks medium backflow.

    3. Sealing Performance:Sealing face adopts all metal hard seal hard faced with cobalt base hard alloy, or soft seal structure with rubber / PTFE insert on disc. It delivers reliable sealing performance and long service life.

    4. Operating Characteristic:Installed on horizontal pipeline with vertical lifting movement structure. It features low opening and closing resistance and fast response. Spring assisted seal can be equipped for large size to further reduce operating load for lighter and smoother operation.

    5. Pressure self sealing bonnet structure is adopted for bonnet cavity under high temperature and high pressure service. Bonnet sealing performance improves along with pressure rise to guarantee reliable tightness.

    6. Material Combination Feature:Component material, flange standard, flange face type and butt weld end dimension can be reasonably selected according to actual working condition or user requirements.
