Product Description
1. Forged steel globe valve adopts integral forged steel body, suitable for small bore high pressure branch pipelines with vertical lift disc structure.
2. Valve design complies with BS 5352, MSS SP 118 and ASME B16.34 standard.
3. Forged material of body, disc and stem can be selected according to working conditions.
4. Applied in pipelines of water, steam, oil products and process media for shut off and throttling regulation.

1. Integral forged steel body without casting defects such as porosity and sand holes, featuring excellent pressure bearing performance.
2. Hard alloy overlay on disc and seat, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, supporting throttling working conditions.
3. Forged stem is equipped with back seal structure for reliable sealing and preventing stem ejection under internal pressure.
4. Stem surface nitriding treatment provides good corrosion resistance and anti galling property with stable operating torque.
5. Rising stem, handwheel non rising type. Rolling bearings are equipped for medium and large bore for easy opening and closing.
6. For nominal pressure Class800 and above, pressure self tightening bonnet structure is adopted for valve cavity. Bonnet sealing performance improves with rising pressure to guarantee reliable sealing.
