1. Pilot Operated Upstream Pressure Control Valve consists of control valve, actuator, a pilot with adjustable set point and spring.
2. Equipped with independent pilot for high precision pressure setting, no control system, external air or power source required.
3. Medium pressure amplified by adjustable pilot and fed back to actuator to drive main valve plug, regulation accuracy far higher than ordinary self operated valve.
4. Easy pressure setting with wide adjustment range, adjustable at any time within allowable range during operation.
5. When upstream pressure exceeds set value, plug opens automatically to relieve pressure and stabilize upstream pressure.
6. Suitable for process pipelines requiring high pressure control accuracy, for liquids, gases and steam media, with condenser available for use up to 350℃.
