Product Description
1. Lift Type Fluoroplastic Lined Check Valve adopts vertical lift disc structure, all wetted parts of body and disc lined with fluoroplastic, isolating metal base from strongly corrosive media, suitable for strong acid, strong alkali and strongly corrosive chemical media.
2. Medium pushes disc upward to allow flow, disc self weight presses against seat for sealing during backflow.
3. Fluoroplastic lining resists strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidants and other strongly corrosive media, lining materials selectable from PFA, FEP, PTFE and other fluoroplastics.
4. Used in chemical, pharmaceutical and pickling process pipelines, cutting off strongly corrosive media and protecting metal base from corrosion.
5. Only installed on horizontal pipelines, to prevent medium reverse flow.
