    Product Description

    1. Globe valves realize full‑open flow and full‑shutoff of pipeline media by vertical lifting of the disc,    and can be used for throttling regulation with special structural design.

    2. The valve body adopts streamlined passage design with short stroke for opening‑closing and        fast response speed.

    3. The disc forms face‑to‑face sealing with the valve seat, featuring high sealing precision and strong differential‑pressure resistance.

    4. The product is designed in compliance with API 600, ASME B16.34 and BS 1873 standards.

    5. Multiple material options for valve body, bonnet and complete valve trim are available upon request.

    6. The valves are widely applied as shut‑off devices in pipelines for media such as water, air, steam, natural gas and oil, to realize media on‑off and isolation.

    4. Stem Safety Structure: Forged Ttype looseconnected stem is equipped with backseat structure for reliable sealing, which prevents stem ejection and overtravel risk, and maintains safe performance under fire service conditions.

    5. Stem Feature: Treated by quenchingandtempering and surface nitriding, the stem possesses good corrosionresistance and antigalling performance.

    6. Operation Feature: Rising stem; rolling bearings are equipped for mediumandlarge sizes for easy opening and closing.

    7. For hightemperature and highpressure service, the bonnet cavity adopts selfenergized sealing structure. Its sealing performance improves with rising pressure to guarantee tightness.

    8. Material Combination Feature: Component materials, flange standards, flange face types and buttweld end dimensions can be reasonably selected according to actual service conditions or customer requirements.
