This full-series upgraded ball valve product portfolio covers floating ball valves, trunnion mounted ball valves, stainless steel ball valves, forged steel ball valves, cryogenic ball valves and fully welded ball valves, covering low-pressure, medium-pressure, high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure grades, and can perfectly adapt to multiple complex application scenarios including oil and gas exploitation, natural gas long-distance transmission, petrochemical processing, thermal power generation, new energy chemical industry, industrial water treatment and pharmaceutical fine chemical engineering. Different from conventional general-purpose ball valves on the market, our upgraded products adopt high-precision integral spherical grinding technology and multi-layer composite sealing structure, combining high-performance PTFE, RTFE and metal hard sealing materials. This innovative design effectively reduces mechanical friction during valve opening and closing, resists scouring and erosion of various acidic, alkaline and oily media, and maintains stable zero-leakage performance even after tens of thousands of cyclic switching operations, greatly improving the long-term operation stability of pipeline systems.

In terms of material configuration, we provide diversified high-quality material options for different working conditions, including WCB carbon steel suitable for conventional industrial environments, LCB low-temperature steel for ultra-low temperature working scenes, CF8/CF8M stainless steel for anti-corrosion scenarios, duplex stainless steel and high-alloy steel for extreme harsh working conditions. All raw materials are sourced from qualified large-scale steel mills, with complete material certificates and test reports to ensure the basic mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the valve body. In terms of production and quality control, all products are strictly manufactured and tested in accordance with API 6D, API 607 and ISO international industry standards. Each finished ball valve undergoes multiple rigorous tests before leaving the factory, including hydrostatic pressure strength test, air tightness sealing test, non-destructive flaw detection, low-temperature resistance test and high-pressure fatigue test, to completely eliminate unqualified products and ensure 100% product qualification rate.

In addition, the upgraded ball valves are equipped with standardized anti-static devices and fire-safe structural design, which can effectively prevent static accumulation and accidental ignition in flammable and explosive working environments, fully meeting the safety operation specifications of petrochemical and gas projects.
